Jobs
Jobs are actions that have been initiated by the EAC for your utility's devices. Examples of jobs are installing applications or renewing application licenses. Individual jobs can be viewed from other pages by clicking the action being performed. For example, the Applications / Application page (displays details of a single application) has a Jobs tab with jobs pertaining only to that application.
The full list of jobs is displayed on the Jobs page. This list covers all users (and the system user) on the tenant. On the Jobs page, you can click a job name to open a detailed view with more information. All utility roles have access to this page. To open the Jobs page:

Click Jobs in the navigation menu.
The following columns are displayed:

Job. The type of job. Click this to open a detailed view with more information about the action that was performed by the job. For more information, see EAC job types.

Status. The status of the job. For more information, see EAC job statuses. Events are often triggered based on specific job type and status combinations For a full list of events, see EAC events.

Target. The device or device group targeted by the job. Click this to open a detailed view with more information about the device or device group in the context of the job.

Total. The total number of devices targeted by the job.

Complete. The number of devices the job successfully completed on.

In progress. The number of devices the job is currently in progress on.

Failed. The number of devices the job failed on.

Dropped. The number of devices the job did not get sent to.

Created. The date and time stamp when the job was last updated by the system.
Jobs expire from the system after a set amount of time and are no longer viewable. Each job type is assigned to a job retention category that corresponds to a duration before expiration.
