Refreshing a job's status

If the EAC and the head end system get out of sync while a job is running, the job's status may be incorrectly reported. Refreshing a job's status causes the EAC to communicate with the head end system and update the job's status based on the results. All utility roles have permissions to perform this task.

  1. On the Jobs / Job page (displays details of a single job), click the Details tab.

  2. Click Refresh Status.

  3. Click Refresh Status.
