Resuming or canceling paused jobs

Some jobs can enter a paused state because the ProdAbbrev automatically paused the job when specific errors were returned. Only one job per group of target devices can be paused at a time, and other jobs targeting the same group of target devices cannot be started until the paused job is completed or canceled. Jobs that are left in a paused state for seven will automatically show as failed and their status info is Canceled, job expired. Users can either resume or cancel the paused job. All utility roles that could perform the initial action have permissions to perform this task.

1. On the Jobs / Job page (displays details of a single job) of a paused job, click the Details tab.

   

2. Click Resume to resume the paused job.

   

   or

   Click Cancel to cancel the paused job.

   

3. Confirm the action.
