Manually moving a job to the next step
After refreshing a running job's status, moving the job to the next step allows you to skip a timed wait period. For example, if a job for updating group enrollments is stuck waiting on the head end for interrogation results, it could be moved to the next step to skip the wait. All utility roles have permissions to perform this task.

On the Jobs / Job page (displays details of a single job), click the Details tab.

Click Refresh Status.

Click Refresh Status.

Wait for the results of the status refresh.

Click Next.
