Displaying applications deployed on select devices
Displaying the applications deployed to a device group or individual device allows you to check the status and version of applications on select devices. All utility roles have permissions to perform this task.

To view applications on all devices in a group, on a Devices / Device Group page (displays details of one device group), click the Applications tab.
The table displays a row for each installed application-version pair.
The following columns are displayed:

Application name. The name of the application. Click this to view details about the application.

Version. The application version installed on the device.

Running. The number of devices on which that application version has a status of Running.

Stopped. The number of devices on which that application version has a status of Stopped or Disabled.

Fault. The number of devices on which that application version has a status of Fault.

Installing. The number of devices on which that application version has a status of Installing.

Pending. The number of devices on which that application version has a status of Not Started, Installed, Upgraded, or License Updated.
Tip: Applications installed and running on OpenWay Riva CENTRON Singlephase Electricity Meters with firmware version 4.7.646 or older appear as Pending because the devices cannot return a Running status.

License expired. The number of devices on which that application version has a status of License Expired.

Downloaded. The number of devices on which that application version has a status of Downloaded.

To export more detailed information for all application versions on all devices in a group, on a Devices / Device Group page (displays details of one device group), click the Applications tab, and then click Export Device Details.

To view applications on a single device, on a Devices / Device Group / Device page (displays details of a single device), click the Applications tab.
The table displays a row for each application on the device.
The following columns are displayed:

Application name. The name of the application. Click this to view details about the application.

Version. The application version installed on the device.

Status. The status of the application on the device. For some statuses, click this to view details about the job. For more information, see Jobs.

Fault. The application experienced a fault and is not running. Additional information may be available in the alarms or history tabs for impacted devices or device groups.

Fault - Missing Agent. The application is not running because it is missing an agent.

Fault - Missing License. The application is not running because it is missing a license.

Running. The application is running. When installations target multiple devices, individual devices may show an Application status of Running before the job installing the application on all devices shows a status of Installed.
Tip: Applications installed and running on OpenWay Riva CENTRON Singlephase Electricity Meters with firmware version 4.7.646 or older appear as Installed because the devices cannot return a Running status.

Not Started. The application is installed, but either application start date or the assigned application license start date is in the future.

Other statuses in present tense (for example, Installing or Starting) indicate a job for the application is in progress.

Other statuses in past tense (for example, Installed or Started) or that include Succeeded (for example, Ping Succeeded) indicate a job for the application completed successfully.

Other statuses that include Failed (for example, Install Failed or Start Failed) indicate a job for the application was unsuccessful. Additional information may be available in the alarms or history tabs for impacted devices or device groups.

Other statuses that include Paused (for example, Install Paused or Start Paused) indicate a job for the application was paused by the EAC.

Other statuses that include Stopped (for example, Install Stopped or Ping Stopped) indicate a job for the application was stopped by a user.

Summary. Additional details for some statuses.

Updated. The date and time stamp of when the application was last installed, upgraded, started, or other similar activities.

License set. The name of the applied license's license request. For more information, see Requesting application licenses.

License start.

For applications that are installed and have a license assigned and are set to start automatically, this is the date and time the installation job started or the date and time the license set begins, whichever is later.

For applications that are installed and have a license assigned but are not set to start automatically, this is the date and time the license set begins.

For applications that have received a license set update, this is the date and time the new license set begins.

License end. The date and time stamp when the applied license ends.
