Gen5 500G ERT Module in Network Mode Check Endpoint Response Fields
Response Field | Description |
---|---|
Endpoint Id | The endpoint’s device identification number. |
Endpoint Reading | The meter reading as reported by the endpoint. If the endpoint reading value is underlined, you must click the value to format the read. For more information, see Formatting Gas and Electric Endpoint Readings. |
Device Type | The endpoint model (Gen5 500G ERT Module). |
Device Sub Type | The endpoint model subtype:
|
Count Rate | The metrology value used with PCOMP, rollover, and counts to calculate the consumption value. Count Rate is displayed only if FDM is unable to determine the meter configuration. If you were not required to enter the meter's number of dials and billing units during the Check Endpoint workflow, then Count Rate is not returned in the Check Endpoint response. |
PCOMP | The pressure compensation value programmed into the endpoint to compensate for the effect of atmospheric pressure on recorded consumption.
|
Initial Reading | The meter reading on the register, at the time the ERT was last programmed. If the initial reading value is underlined, you must click the value to format the read. For more information, see Formatting Gas and Electric Endpoint Readings. |
Auto Wakeup Enable | Whether the Automatic Factory Mode Wakeup on Pulses Detected setting is enabled or not.
|
Active Events | The number of events that were active at the time of the Check Endpoint operation. The field name is a hyperlink that opens a list of the meter's tampers. See Endpoint Tamper/Event Code Descriptions for descriptions of the events. |
Battery Status | The state of the endpoint battery's electrical charge:
|
Battery Counter | The amount of battery energy, in micro-amp-seconds, that has been used since the device was manufactured. |
Time Drift | The number of hours/min/sec that the endpoint time has drifted from the network time. |
Registration Status Bits | Indicates whether the endpoint is registered successfully. Responds with a True or False value for each of the following:
|
Tilt Debounce | The amount of time in milliseconds required for the mechanical contact on the tilt switch to settle before a signal from the switch is considered to be valid by the ERT module. This setting is used to adjust the sensitivity of the meter removal tamper indicator. |
Roll Over | The maximum possible meter reading before the dials roll over to zero. The number of nines shown in this field corresponds to the number of meter dials. This setting is used with PCOMP, count rate, and counts to calculate the consumption value. |
SSID | A 1- to 5-digit decimal representation of the Service Set Identification. All active devices in a utility company's service area must use the same SSID. |
High Flow Threshold | The threshold at which a high flow event is created. Automatic shutoff will occur if it is enabled. |
Register Fixed Firmware | The meter register fixed firmware's version number. |
Register Fixed Firmware Hash Expected | The expected security hash of the register fixed firmware. |
Register Fixed Firmware Hash Calculated | The calculated security hash of the register fixed firmware. |
Register Firmware | The meter register firmware's version number. |
Register Firmware Hash Expected | The expected security hash of the register firmware. |
Register Firmware Hash Calculated | The calculated security hash of the register firmware. |
Configuration Tag | The current configuration attached to the device. |
Number of FWDL Initiated | The number of firmware download (FWDL) operations that have been initiated in the endpoint. |
Projected Remaining Years | The meter's estimated remaining years left of battery life, calculated based on the current Battery Counter value which takes into account battery usage due to past endpoint operations. Because the amount of future operations is dependent on how the utility interacts with the endpoint, the Projected Remaining Years is not a guarantee of remaining endpoint battery life. |
