Inactive tenants card

The Inactive tenants KPI card provides a summary of inactivity for all Itron-hosted tenants in the current environment. This card does not reflect tenants hosted on-premises.

For a detailed view of the represented data, click the desired metric on the card to navigate directly to the Environment – Reports/Tenant activities page with the corresponding Last login filter applied:

• Inactive: 7-30 days

• Inactive: 30-90 days

• Inactive: 90+ days
