Quality

The Dashboard’s Quality view provides an overview of the state of work order audits from your project’s inception to the present or for any date range you specify (for more information, see Selecting Dates). The page is divided into four sections:

  • Audit Failure Matrix shows the number of audit failures, grouped by category and severity, as defined in the System Administration workbench’s Mobile Work Order Exceptions view (for more information, see Mobile Work Order Exceptions).
  • Audit Compliance Summary gives you an alternative to the Work Orders workbench’s FSR Audit Compliance views for viewing and analyzing audit compliance details. To view the degree to which RTU audits affect the displayed compliance information, select Include Return to Utility Audits in Training values?
  • Pending Audit Exceptions lets you see a breakdown of pending audit work order exceptions for the last 24, 48, or 72 hours or for the life of the project.
  • Audit Summary lists the total number of completed installation work orders in each of selected business unit, the total number of completed audit work orders, and the audit percentage, broken down by market type.
