Working with the Gen5 ERT Gateway Device

FDM Tools supports the Gen^™5 ERT^® Gateway (Mesh) device.

The Gen5 ERT Gateway allows utility companies to pick up transmissions from existing electric ERTs (for example R300 SCM, R400 SCM+) to receive these devices' Encoder-Receiver-Transmitter (ERT) messages and transmit the data through the Gen5 network to the head-end system.

FDM Tools uses Wi-Fi technology to communicate with the Gen5 ERT Gateway.
